Delta Capita is seeking a Business Analyst – Strategy & Transformation in Dublin to support the design of a Personal Investment Account proposition. The role involves understanding customer journeys, facilitating workshops, and working closely with teams to translate concepts into requirements.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in business analysis within financial services and must be adaptable to hybrid working arrangements, typically 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

This role will support the design and regulatory readiness of a Personal Investment Account (PIA) proposition. The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding current customer journeys, shaping future‑state digital experiences, supporting detailed design activities, and preparing the organisation for the publication of Government scheme rules.
As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the clients' offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our clients' policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require. However, some of our clients have now moved up to 4 days and even 5 days in the office and we require candidates to be flexible to meet our client demands.
