Qualifikationen

• Two years’ proven building materials sales experience within the construction industry (builder’s merchants or related B2B).
• Good knowledge of building material products, existing and upcoming products is desirable.
• Proven experience dealing with building contractors and specifiers.

Aufgaben

• Engage key strategic customers and potential contractors to build relationships and gain maximum market advantage.
• Promote the Company's building material products and services by regularly visiting customers.
• Upsell additional brands such as Sam Hire and Plumb Centre.
• Prepare quotations for customers.
• Prepare account plans to meet sales targets and maintain relationships with customers.
• Ensure payment terms are adhered to as per customer contracts.
• Be responsible for the commercial management of project management activity and collaborate to secure commitments from technical resources and project specifications.
• Support the Company’s goals by working with teams and cross-functional collaboration.
