Chadwick's Group in Dublin is seeking a Sales Representative to drive building materials sales and manage relationships with key customers in the Dublin area. You will visit sites, quote projects, and promote products across Chadwick's, Cork Builders Providers, Davies and Telford's brands.

The role requires strong knowledge of building materials, experience selling to contractors, and the ability to develop account plans to hit sales targets while ensuring prompt payment and high levels of

Qualifications

• At least two years’ proven building materials sales experience within the construction industry.
• Excellent knowledge of all building material products, existing and upcoming products.
• Proven experience of dealing with building contractors and specifiers.

Responsibilities

• Engage key strategic customers and potential contractors to build strong relationships to gain maximum market advantage.
• Promote the Company’s building material products and services by regularly visiting customers.
• Upselling additional brands such as Sam Hire and Plumb Centre.
• Preparing quotations for customers.
• Preparing Account Plans to meet sales targets and maintain or develop the relationship with customers.
• Ensuring payment terms are adhered to as per customer contract.
• Collaborating with technical resources to manage project specifications and commercial control.
• Record visit reports and enrich customer data with sales information.
• Manage safety for self and others and debt management within area of responsibility.
• Handle product/service performance claims in line with guidelines.
