Chadwick's Group in Dublin is seeking a dynamic National Sales Executive to lead nationwide growth with major clients in the construction sector. You will drive revenue, manage key accounts, and provide strategic direction across Ireland.

The role requires proven sales achievement, excellent relationship management, and strong commercial acumen. A permanent full-time position with a 39-hour week and extensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in sales and account management within the construction sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Proficient in the use of CRM
• Familiarity with the Irish construction market.
• Experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
• Develop tailored account plans aligned with each client’s business needs and construction project timelines.
• Prepare and deliver account performance reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Use CRM tools to track activities, opportunities, and client interactions
• Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers, leveraging comprehensive product knowledge.
• Work with the broader Chadwick's Group team to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure efficient nationwide delivery service by coordinating with logistics teams and national sales coordinators
• Management of CRM for respective region to ensure Chadwick's Group maximises sales opportunities for key projects.
