Job summary

The Address Collective is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our Kitchen Team in Ireland. You will be responsible for the preparation, production and service of breakfast items to the highest standards while complying with HACCP regulations.

Key duties include cooking breakfast dishes to order, maintaining cleanliness, handling ordering duties, and processing deliveries. The candidate should have at least 2 years of hotel/restaurant kitchen experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel or restaurant kitchen.
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all breakfast dishes to order and in line with standards.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and adherence to HACCP regulations.
• Assist with ordering and stock intake as required.
• Support deliveries intake and kitchen duties as part of the team.
