Job summary

The Address Collective is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our Kitchen Team in Sligo. You will be responsible for the preparation, production and service of breakfast items to the highest standards in accordance with HACCP food hygiene regulations.

Key duties include cooking breakfast dishes to order, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, assisting with ordering and managing deliveries in a busy hospital/restaurant kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospital or restaurant kitchen.
• Experience with HACCP and food hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Excellent communication skills.

Outline of Position: The Address Collective is looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our Kitchen Team. You will be responsible for the preparation, production and service of Breakfast food to the highest standard and in accordance with food hygiene HACCP regulations.

Key Duties Of This Role

• Preparing and cooking of all breakfast dishes to order and ensure they conform to agreed standards prior to service.


• Maintaining the highest level of work cleanliness and hygiene throughout all duties and with compliance to HACCP regulations.


• Carrying out ordering duties as required.


• Dealing with the intake of deliveries

The Candidate

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a hospital or restaurant kitchen.


• Ability to adjust to high-pressure situations as they arise in a busy kitchen.


• Excellent Communication Skills Excellent knowledge of HACCP Skills Required
