Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking of all breakfast dishes to order and ensure they conform to agreed standards prior to service.
• Maintaining the highest level of work cleanliness and hygiene with compliance to HACCP regulations.
• Carrying out ordering duties as required.
• Dealing with the intake of deliveries.
