Job summary

Clanree Hotel in Donegal seeks an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality breakfast dishes are prepared to specifications and served promptly in a busy hotel environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years' experience in hospitality, strong HACCP awareness, and can work under pressure both independently and as part of a team. On-site position with permanent, full or part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Fully familiar with all hotel menus.
• 2+ years’ experience in a busy hotel operation.
• Excellent HACCP and hygiene awareness.
• Ability to work under pressure while producing excellent cuisine.
• Confident working on your own initiative and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes in a timely fashion to the appropriate standards.
• Carry out duties requested by Head Chef / Sous Chef.
• Ensure compliance with duties by Head of Department or Management.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Breakfast chef to join our talented Kitchen team in Clanree Hotel.

Requirements:

• To be fully familiar with all the Hotel menus
• To carry out all duties requested to the satisfaction of the Head Chef /Sous Chef.
• To comply with any duties requested by the Head of Department or Management.
• To ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion, and to the appropriate standards
• Excellent culinary background required, 2+ years’ experience in a busy Hotel operation
• Excellent HACCP and Hygiene awareness
• Ability to work under pressure whilst producing excellent cuisine
• Confident working on your own initiative and also as part of a successful team
