Job summary

Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport is seeking a Breakfast Chef to assist the Head Chef and support the kitchen team in delivering high-standard breakfast service in a busy hotel near Dublin Airport.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotels or in a similar role.
• A passion for and genuine interest in food.
• Mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members.
• Team player able to work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
• Monitor food quality and hygiene standards under department managers.
• Follow the Head chef's example of excellence and efficiency.
• Adhere to HACCP regulations at all times.
• Support fellow kitchen staff in observing hygiene during food preparation and storage.

Your Job:

• Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef with the overall running of the kitchen.
