Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group in Ireland seeks a hospitality leader to inspire a team, drive guest experiences and uphold excellence across the restaurant and F&B operations.

You will monitor quality, lead recruitment and staff development, support senior management, and help control budgets while delivering outstanding service within a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage management role in a leading hotel.
• Experience in large conferences and events is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent Leadership skills.
• Experience in recruiting and developing employees.
• High standards and attention to detail.
• An excellent focus on our customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the standard of work to ensure the highest quality.
• People leadership, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees.
• Support the Senior Management Team in the strategic running of the hotel.
• Set targets for the restaurant team in line with the overall departmental and hotel objectives.
• Support/oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
• Manage the maintenance of the restaurant.
• Manage the budget and cost-effectiveness of the department.
• Support/oversee events in the hotel to ensure excellence in service at all times.
