Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience using Braze, Customer.io, Iterable or comparable CRM platform.
• Experience with planning, building and launching CRM campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with mobile analytics and reporting tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, etc.).
• Experience with campaign personalization and lifecycle communications.

Aufgaben

• Plan, implement, and optimize CRM campaigns using Braze with advanced audience segmentation and personalized engagement.
• Build dynamic, behavior-based campaigns and lifecycle journeys using Liquid logic.
• Manage and optimize custom Braze attributes to improve targeting.
• Collaborate with data teams to translate insights into CRM strategies.
• Develop and test HTML modifications in Braze templates for consistent layouts across devices.
• Design and execute A/B tests across campaigns and analyze results to improve metrics.
• Monitor campaign performance using mobile analytics platforms and report findings to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and training on Braze capabilities and integrations.
• Apply user psychology to craft lifecycle communications driving growth.
