Job summary

Salve.Inno Consulting seeks a Senior CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive B2C growth and monetisation for a fast-growing international consumer AI platform. You will own the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to reactivation, with a strong focus on converting registered users into paying customers and increasing LTV through automated journeys and precise segmentation.

Qualifications

• Proven CRM, lifecycle marketing with strong commercial focus.
• Track record of revenue or conversion improvements through CRM.
• Experience in high-volume B2C consumer businesses.
• Experience with subscriptions, tokens or virtual currencies.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of CRM performance focusing on first-purchase conversion, token revenue, repeat purchases and LTV.
• Develop and execute CRM initiatives to increase customer acquisition monetisation and recurring revenue.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion from registered users to first-time paying customers.
• Drive repeat purchases, engagement and revenue growth through lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Establish CRM as a significant contributor to overall business revenue.
• Design, build and optimise customer segments and automated lifecycle journeys.
• Own onboarding, retention, churn prevention and reactivation initiatives.
• Develop personalised journeys based on behaviour and history.
• Measure campaign effectiveness with attribution and before/after analysis.
