Job summary

Gousto in ROI is seeking a marketing professional to own end-to-end localised campaigns across email, SMS, and app channels using Braze. The role focuses on boosting retention, frequency, and long-term brand value for Irish customers, delivered from Dublin or London with a hybrid office pattern.

You will craft data-driven lifecycle strategies, run local tests, and collaborate with Growth, Product, and Analytics to optimise journeys and campaign impact.

Qualifications

• Good understanding and experience of the local market in Ireland.
• Hands-on experience with Braze executing multi-channel campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, A/B testing, segmentation, and personalisation (Liquid).
• Strategic and analytical mindset for measuring impact and identifying improvements.
• Ability to own channel activity end-to-end from ideation to reporting.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with problem-solving and autonomy.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Customer-centric marketer with experience across lifecycle communications.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ROI marketing calendar for email, SMS, and app channels.
• Craft and deliver end-to-end multi-channel campaigns and data-driven lifecycle strategies.
• Develop localised campaign strategies for Irish consumers using Braze.
• Strategise tests across channels to improve engagement and orders.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, Creative, Analytics, and Finance.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise user journeys.
• Champion Irish consumer needs to improve lifecycle performance.
• Identify customer segments and apply personalisation tactics.
