Job summary

MSD Ireland offers an internship in Learning & Development to gain hands-on experience in managing training operations within a biotech setting. You will work with the LMS (myLearning) and related platforms, supporting training compliance, safety, and operational excellence.

You will coordinate training sessions, maintain curricula, and analyze training data while collaborating with global teams to resolve site-specific tasks. This role promotes growth, learning, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Interest in Learning & Development and Human Resources
• Background in Analytics, Digital Learning, Computer Science or related tech fields
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for LMS queries via the site mailbox and support users.
• Coordinate and credit training sessions using LMS and ServiceNow to align with business needs.
• Build and maintain learning items, curricula, and job codes in the LMS.
• Collaborate with global LMS teams to resolve site-specific queries and tasks.
• Upload and manage training formats (e-learning, instructor-led) in LMS and Midas.
• Oversee Instructor Qualification tracking in LMS and MEDS.
• Ensure training documentation meets site standards and helps others do the same.
• Generate and analyse training reports to support site learning goals.
• Review training metadata for alignment with documentation and decisions.
• Assist in developing training materials such as job aids and visual guides.
• Contribute to process improvements in site training operations.
• Uphold global and regulatory standards, including cGMP.
• Promote continuous learning and collaboration across Biotech Dublin.
