Job summary

MSD Malaysia seeks an Intern in Learning & Development to support training operations and LMS management. You will engage with HR processes and digital learning tools, ensuring compliance and operational excellence in a biotech setting.

You will gain hands-on experience with LMS, ServiceNow, and data reporting while collaborating with global teams and contributing to site training improvements.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or Business Administration.
• Interest in L&D data analytics, digital learning, or related tech fields.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for LMS queries via the site mailbox and support users through the LMS clinic.
• Coordinate and credit training sessions using LMS and ServiceNow.
• Build and maintain learning items, curricula, and job codes in the LMS.
• Collaborate with global LMS teams to resolve site-specific queries and tasks.
• Upload and manage training formats in LMS and Midas.
• Oversee Instructor Qualification tracking in LMS and MEDS.
• Ensure training documentation meets site standards and help others do the same.
• Generate and analyze training reports to support site learning goals.
• Review training metadata to align with documentation and learning decisions.
• Assist in developing training materials such as job aids and visual guides.
• Contribute to process improvements in site training operations.
• Uphold regulatory standards including cGMP in all activities.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and collaboration across Biotech Dublin.
