Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for LMS (myLearning) queries and support users.
• Coordinate and credit training sessions using LMS and ServiceNow.
• Build and maintain learning items, curricula, and job codes in the LMS.
• Collaborate with global LMS teams to resolve site-specific queries.
• Upload and manage training formats in LMS and Midas; oversee qualification tracking.

**Intern - Learning & Development****Job Purpose:**Join our dynamic Learning & Development team and gain hands-on experience managing training operations in a fast-paced biotech environment. This internship offers exposure to both HR processes and digital systems, making it ideal for students with a background in Learning and Development, Human Resources or Technology.
