Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR, L&D, or Business Administration with an interest in L&D.
• Interest in data analytics or digital learning and modern learning tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with cGMP/GDP principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for LMS (myLearning) queries and support users.
• Coordinate and credit training sessions using LMS and ServiceNow.
• Build and maintain learning items, curricula, and job codes in the LMS.
• Collaborate with global LMS teams to resolve site-specific queries.
• Upload and manage training formats in LMS and Midas; oversee qualification tracking.
