Job summary

Workhuman Ireland is seeking an innovative Customer Service Executive, fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, to support customers with day-to-day issues such as password requests and more complex supply-chain problems. As the voice of Workhuman, you will deliver a positive customer experience by solving issues rather than simply closing cases, using phone or email.

Qualifications

• Full fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
• Strong focus on customer experience and the urgency in which it should be delivered.
• Ability to build relationships across geographies and cultures and resolve disputes.
• Ambitious, hard-working, determined, positive person with interest in growing your career.
• Customer relationship-building skills.
• Ability to use technology systems to update customer records and comply with automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of Workhuman, the first point of contact for customers and ensure a positive experience.
• Own, document, and resolve issues including why customers contact us and how they were resolved.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to do things better.
