Job summary

OneTouch Telecare in Galway, Ireland is seeking a driven BDR Team Lead to oversee a growing outbound team. You will design and execute targeted sequences, coach reps, and drive demo bookings for a multi-offering SaaS platform.

You will own HubSpot-based reporting, refine ICPs with Marketing, and align targets with the Head of Marketing and the CCO. Expect a collaborative, data-driven environment focused on growth and process excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales development or business development in B2B SaaS, with 1+ year leading or coaching a team.
• Experience with HubSpot Sales/Marketing Hub and data hygiene.
• Proven ability to coach, develop people and drive outbound results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BDR team: hire, onboard, coach, 1:1s, team stand-ups and ramp plans.
• Own demo booking targets and KPI tracking for all products.
• Maintain ICPs and target lists with Marketing and Sales across UK & Ireland.
• Translate marketing campaigns into outbound sequences and messaging; run A/B tests.
• Define qualification criteria with Sales, manage BDR-to-AE handoff and SLAs.
• Own BDR reporting in HubSpot: activity, funnel, metrics and forecasts.
• Maintain sequences, playbooks, templates; manage tools and budget.
• Set annual and quarterly targets with leadership; manage commissions.
