Job summary

HubSpot in Ireland is seeking a Business Development Representative to identify and engage “good fit” companies through strategic prospecting. You will leverage HubSpot leads and generate interest via calls, emails and social messaging, aiming to qualify prospects for Account Executives.

You’ll work with 2-3 Account Executives, collaborating daily to craft effective prospect strategies, schedule product demonstrations for qualified leads, and understand client challenges using sales

Qualifications

• Sales/prospecting experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a high-growth, scale-up environment is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads (new users and potential customers)
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop prospect strategies
• Schedule online product demonstrations for qualified leads while meeting monthly goals
• Understand customers’ needs and challenges using sales methodologies (e.g., BANT)
• Carry out market research to broaden HubSpot's customer base
