Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.

Responsibilities

• Support the resolution of client inquiries by gathering facts and coordinating with partners to move issues to closure.
• Track service metrics, commitments, and trends to improve client experience.
• Assist with onboarding, transitions, and process updates for smoother client interactions.
• Collaborate across operations, service, and relationship teams to maintain clear communication and next steps.
