Sturdy Products Ltd. is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to win new customers by phone and email and grow our existing accounts across Ireland. This office-based role in Blessington, Co.

Wicklow, offers a 40-hour week, a permanent full-time contract, and a chance to join a growing Irish manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in sales, with B2B experience preferred, and be adept at outbound calling, CRM usage, and building a robust sales pipeline.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years sales experience.
• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, facilities management, agriculture, or related sectors.

Mansioni

• Generate new business across markets through proactive outbound calls.
• Respond to new customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Build and maintain an active sales pipeline aligned with targets.
• Qualify leads and identify best solutions with internal teams.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM data for customers, leads and opportunities.
• Assist customers with order queries by coordinating with operations and logistics.
• Manage assigned accounts to sustain high service levels and drive repeat business.
• Gather testimonials and case studies to strengthen the sales proposition.
• Support National Sales Manager with commercial projects as required.
