ADI Global Distribution in Dublin is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This Monday–Friday role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service while supporting warehouse operations and driving sales through outbound calls and proactive follow-up.

You will work at a fast-paced counter and trade environment, build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, manage quotes, process orders, and help achieve store KPIs.

Competenze

• Prior sales/customer service experience in trades or wholesale is preferred.
• Able to multitask and handle fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Deliver an excellent customer experience and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Promote growth by working with vendors and customers.
• Support store KPIs and assist with stock receipt and returns procedures.
• Answer inbound calls and seek opportunities to upsell via promotions.
• Serve on the trade counter and process orders for delivery and pickup.
• Respond to tenders/quotations and coordinate with relevant departments.
