Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a B2B Business Development Representative to drive outbound sales from our onsite team in Santry, Dublin. The role emphasizes robust prospecting, relationship-building, and strategic use of CRM and AI-enabled tools to generate revenue.

You will forecast sales, build product knowledge, handle objections, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure a consistent customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Develop strong product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client needs and requirements.
• Proactively identify and address customer concerns or roadblocks that may impact satisfaction or product usage.
• Manage competitive pressures and handle objections to retain existing customers and acquire new ones.
• Manage a high volume of customer and prospect interactions via phone and email, with the majority of communication being outbound.
• Collaborate closely with your team and management to ensure a professional and consistent customer experience.
• Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure all customer and prospect data is accurate and up to date.
• Execute sales motions including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, customer advocacy, and contract renewals.
• Work as part of a sales team and report directly to a Sales Manager.
• You leverage AI-enabled tools to support prospect research, account planning, customer engagement, and opportunity development.
• You combine AI-generated insights with your own business acumen to personalize interactions, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth
