Job summary

Celestica, Inc. seeks an Operations Engineering Support 2 (Automation) on C shift to provide factory systems support in a highly automated production environment and drive continuous improvement for equipment efficiency.

You will troubleshoot high-speed assembly machines, sustain PLC programs, calibrate robots, maintain bar code scanners, and deliver final level 3 support while contributing to efficiency projects.

Qualifications

• Ideally Level 6 Cert/ Diploma in Electrical & Automation Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–4 years+ experience in automation technician roles or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, electrical designs and automated high-speed lines.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot high-speed automated assembly machines.
• Sustain machine PLC programs and replace faulty electrical components.
• Calibrate and maintain robots and vision systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain bar code scanning equipment.
• Ensure data capture and traceability across process points.
