Job summary

Elevate Partners, a boutique Search Firm for Financial Services appointments, seeks a Manager for its Irish Corporate Finance team focused on Capital Markets and M&A. You will own execution on high-profile deals from pitch to completion, coordinating diligence with clients, advisers and deal teams.

Required are 4–5+ years in deal execution with ECM exposure, strong modelling, and excellent communication with senior stakeholders. Hybrid working in Dublin is offered with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years' deal execution experience in investment banking, corporate finance or transaction advisory.
• Capital Markets / ECM experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent financial modelling, analytical and report-writing skills.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own execution on high-profile deals from pitch to completion.
• Run diligence workstreams and coordinate the deal team, clients, advisers and diligence providers.
• Valuation and analysis: trading and precedent transactions, DCF, accretion/dilution, and synergies.
• Financial modelling: integrated operating models, funding models with equity/debt overlays, returns and covenants, LBO scenarios.
• Deal materials: board and investor presentations, information memoranda and management presentations.
• Origination support: sector and company research, buyer/investor mapping for new and existing clients.
• Market knowledge: deep knowledge of stock exchange rules and the regulatory environment.
• Collaboration: work with teams across investment banking, wealth and capital markets platforms.

Our client, a leading investment bank is looking to build out its Irish office. The company has a longstanding track record of advising listed companies, corporates, financialsponsors and institutional investors in Ireland and internationally. Its highlyregarded Corporate Finance team is growing and now needs a Manager focused onCapital Markets and M&A.

The role

You'll work closely with aClient Director across a public & private market client base, owning execution onhigh-profile deals from pitch to completion.

• Transaction execution:IPOs, follow-on offerings, share buybacks and public takeovers. You'll rundiligence workstreams and coordinate the deal team, clients, advisers anddiligence providers.
• Valuation and analysis:trading and precedent transaction comparables, DCF (discounted cash flow)and returns-based valuations, including accretion/dilution, synergies andrefinancing.
• Financial modelling:integrated operating models, funding models with equity/debt overlays,returns and covenants, and LBO (leveraged buyout) / sponsor-style returnsmodels.
• Deal materials: boardand investor presentations, pitch documents, information memoranda andmanagement presentations.
• Origination support: sectorand company research, acquisition searches and buyer/investor mapping fornew and existing clients.
• Market expertise: builddeep knowledge of Stock Exchange rules and the listed-company regulatoryenvironment.
• Collaboration: workwith teams across the wider investment banking, wealth and capital marketsplatform.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years' dealexecution experience in investment banking, corporate finance ortransaction advisory, in Ireland or internationally
• Capital Markets / ECM(equity capital markets) experience is highly desirable, as is a stronggrasp of stock market activity
• Excellent financialmodelling, analytical and report-writing skills
• Strong communicationskills and confidence working with senior stakeholders and clients
