HireIQ is partnering with a growing Dublin advisory firm to recruit a Corporate Finance Manager for their Deals and Corporate Finance team.

You will be actively involved in transactions, advising clients, managing deal processes and building a long-term career in the Irish Corporate Finance market, with direct interaction with partners, directors, owners and investors.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis and commercial judgement.
• Experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Services or related deals-focused roles.
• Confident communicator with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Experience preparing client reports or investment papers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Corporate Finance and M&A assignments from start to finish.
• Prepare financial models, valuations, forecasts and scenario analysis.
• Support buy-side and sell-side transaction processes.
• Prepare information memorandums, pitch decks and investor packs.
• Liaise with clients, investors, funders and legal/tax advisers.

The Opportunity

This is a genuinely broad Corporate Finance role where you will be involved across the full transaction lifecycle.

You will support and manage M&A transactions, prepare financial analysis, build models, produce client reports and work closely with senior stakeholders throughout each deal process.

The role would suit someone who enjoys the commercial side of finance — understanding businesses, assessing opportunities, working with clients and helping shareholders make major decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Corporate Finance and M&A assignments from start to finish.
• Prepare financial models, valuations, forecasts and scenario analysis.
• Support buy-side and sell-side transaction processes.
• Prepare information memorandums, pitch decks, investor packs and client presentations.
• Conduct market research, buyer mapping, investor mapping and sector analysis.
• Review trading performance, cash flow, working capital and business plans.
• Liaise with clients, investors, funders, legal advisers, tax advisers and other deal stakeholders.
• Support fundraising, debt advisory, strategic advisory and wider transaction-related projects.
• Assist with business development, proposal preparation and client relationship management.
• Mentor and support junior members of the Corporate Finance team.

What You’ll Need

• Experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Services, Deal Advisory, Restructuring, Corporate Development or a similar deals-focused role.
• Strong financial analysis and commercial judgement.
• ACA, ACCA, CFA or similar qualification would be beneficial.
• Strong Excel, financial modelling and presentation skills.
• Experience preparing client reports, investment papers, information memorandums or pitch materials.
• Confident communicator with the ability to work with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in deals, businesses, transactions and the Irish market.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced advisory environment.
• Ambitious, proactive and keen to progress within Corporate Finance.
