Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Leasing Manager to support end-to-end leasing for a residential community in Ireland. You will handle enquiries, viewings, tenancy administration, move-ins, and resident services, ensuring high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.

You'll work closely with residents and internal teams, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with RTB requirements, and driving a best-in-class leasing experience across the portfolio.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on enquiries to maximise leasing conversion and occupancy targets.
  • Coordinate tenancy applications, referencing, and document checks.

  • Register new tenancies with RTB and maintain compliant records.
  • Provide resident services, respond to enquiries, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Produce leasing, occupancy, and performance reports as required.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and commercially minded Assistant Leasing Manager to join our residential team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to play a key role in delivering leasing performance, supporting resident satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth administration of tenancy processes within a thriving residential community.

As Assistant Leasing Manager, you will support the end-to-end leasing journey, from managing enquiries and conducting viewings to coordinating move-ins and assisting with tenancy administration. You will also help deliver an exceptional resident experience, support occupancy targets, and work closely with residents, prospects, and internal stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Lettings
  • Manage leasing enquiries received through telephone, email, online platforms, and in-person visits.
  • Conduct apartment viewings and community tours for prospective residents.
  • Proactively follow up on enquiries and applications to maximise leasing conversion rates.
  • Support the delivery of occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, viewings, and completed lettings.
  • Ensure vacant apartments are presented to the highest standard and marketed effectively.
Application Processing & Move-Ins
  • Process tenancy applications in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate applicant referencing, employment verification, and document checks.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and associated leasing documentation.
  • Support the execution of lease agreements and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate move-in appointments and ensure a seamless resident arrival experience.
  • Maintain accurate tenancy and resident records.
RTB Registration & Compliance
  • Register new tenancies with the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB).
  • Update and amend tenancy registrations as required.
  • Ensure all tenancy records and documentation remain compliant and up to date.
  • Support compliance administration relating to residential lettings and tenancy management.
Resident Services & Tenancy Administration
  • Assist with tenancy renewals, tenancy amendments, notices, and resident communications.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to resident enquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resident issues and requests are resolved efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate databases, reports, and filing systems.
Resident Experience & Community Engagement
  • Support the delivery of a best-in-class resident experience.
  • Assist in coordinating resident events, social activities, and community initiatives.
  • Promote resident engagement programmes and encourage community participation.
  • Gather resident feedback and contribute to initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships throughout the community.
Administration & Reporting
  • Produce leasing, occupancy, and performance reports as required.
  • Monitor leasing administration processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Maintain resident and prospect information within property management systems.
  • Support operational projects and wider business initiatives as required.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Previous experience within residential leasing, Build-to-Rent, property management, hospitality, customer service, or a related environment.
  • Demonstrable experience managing customer interactions and delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trusted relationships with prospective and existing residents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of occupancy and leasing performance objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Education and Qualifications
  • Relevant experience within residential leasing, property management, customer service, or hospitality is essential.
  • Qualification in Property Management, Real Estate, Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline would be advantageous.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience using property management, CRM, or leasing software is desirable.
  • Knowledge of RTB processes and Irish residential tenancy legislation would be beneficial.
