Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager in Ireland to oversee a portfolio of Owners' Management Companies, ensuring governance, financial oversight and regulatory compliance for residential developments.

You will work with Boards, residents, contractors and service providers to maintain high standards, drive lifecycle planning and deliver strong client service in line with MUD Act requirements.

Qualifications

  • PSRA Category D Licence required.
  • 3–5+ years' residential block/OMC management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the MUD Act and Irish property management regulations.
  • Budgeting and financial reporting experience.
  • Experience working directly with Boards of Directors.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Owners' Management Companies (OMCs).
  • Ensure compliance with the MUD Act and corporate governance obligations.
  • Prepare and manage annual service charge budgets and monitor expenditure.
  • Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM), repairs and lifecycle works.
  • Develop strong relationships with OMC Boards of Directors and attend Board meetings.
  • Chair and coordinate AGMs, EGMs and Directors' meetings.
  • Produce monthly operational and financial reports for clients and Boards.
  • Manage resident and stakeholder communications and resolve escalated issues.
  • Lead ESG and sustainability initiatives where required.

Purpose of Role

To manage a portfolio of Owners' Management Companies, ensuring high standards of governance, financial management, building operations, resident satisfaction and regulatory compliance while supporting Boards of Directors in delivering long-term asset value and community outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM), repairs and lifecycle works.
  • Manage contractor procurement, performance and compliance.
  • Develop strong relationships with OMC Boards of Directors and attend Board meetings.
  • Chair and coordinate AGMs, EGMs and Directors' meetings.
  • Produce monthly operational and financial reports for clients and Boards.

Experience & Qualifications
