Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Surveyor to join its Dublin Office Agency team. This hands‑on, client‑focused role supports senior leadership on major development and leasing mandates, while taking ownership of smaller client instructions with growing independence.

You will contribute to the running of team systems, mentor junior talent, build strong client relationships, and help drive fee growth, billing and profitability in a fast‑paced advisory environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial real estate surveying and client-facing work.
  • Understanding of Irish commercial real estate market and legislation.
  • SCSI qualification or actively working towards it.
  • Strong communication and presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional advice to office leasing clients.
  • Support senior leaders on major development projects and pitches.
  • Act as primary client contact on managed projects with updates and solutions.
  • Prepare client presentations, bids and pitches.
  • Identify issues in transactions and propose solutions.
  • Proactively generate new business and revenue opportunities.
  • Coach junior surveyors and contribute to team performance.
  • Ensure billing, budgets and profitability considerations.

Education & Qualifications
  • Ideally 2+ years post‑qualification experience
  • Background in general practice, preferably client‑facing or transactional
  • Experience in a large practice or corporate environment advantageous
  • Understanding of business development and client relationship management
  • Financial awareness and experience with billing and budgets
  • Knowledge of the Irish commercial real estate market and relevant legislation
  • SCSI qualified (or actively working towards qualification)
