Job summary

CompassRock is hiring a Leasing Agent for its Dublin4 Build-to-Rent portfolio. You will drive leasing through outbound sales, conduct property tours, and manage leads to secure lease signings while delivering outstanding resident service.

This role reports to the Leasing Manager and offers growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with CompassRock’s Ireland team to implement marketing strategies, monitor leasing metrics, and ensure compliance with local regulations,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Property Management or related field (desired)
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a leasing or client-facing role (essential)
  • Certifications such as PSRA or SCSI (desirable)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to join our team at Glass Bottle, a premier Build-to-Rent (BTR) property located in Sandymount Strand, Dublin 4. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our high-end residential units, conducting property tours, and engaging with prospective residents to drive lease signings. Your focus will be on outbound sales, providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and maintaining a positive living environment for residents.

Under the guidance of the Leasing Manager you will help to implement marketing strategies, track leasing metrics, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management:

  • Outbound Sales: Conduct and lead sales activities through calls, texts, emails, and in-person interactions to generate leads and convert prospects into residents. Perform corporate outreach activities, hold open days and attend networking events to cultivate leads.
  • Lead Management: Utilise our CRM system to manage and track leads effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records.
  • Viewings: Conduct in-person viewings as well as facilitate virtual property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of our communities.
  • Lease Administration Progression: Follow all the necessary steps to progress an application through the process from lead to lease, from applicant to resident This process includes ensuring all statutory documentation has been sent to residents, the referencing process has been followed and that tenancy paperwork including tenancy agreements are accurate and created within a timely manner.
  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out and generate leads through various marketing strategies, networking, and community engagement.
  • Follow-Up Communication: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to cultivate relationships and encourage lease signings, while effectively tracking interactions using HubSpot (CRM). This role necessitates strong sales techniques and exceptional communication skills, utilising phone, text, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about local rental market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to effectively position the property and adjust sales tactics.
  • Sales Targets and KPIs: Work diligently to ensure the you and property meets specified targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management team.

Customer Service:

  • Client relationships: Foster open and effective communication channels with both corporate and residential clients to ensure the leasing team’s success and optimise performance.
  • Resident Support: Provide exceptional service to current and prospective residents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance overall satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and address potential challenges in the leasing process swiftly and effectively, utilising analytical skills to develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency and resident satisfaction

Resident Relations & Renewals:

  • Resident Engagement: Foster a positive community environment through regular communication and events, ensuring residents feel valued and connected while enhancing overall resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Renewal Management: Assist the Leasing manager with renewals by proactively engaging with current residents to facilitate lease renewals, addressing concerns and highlighting property benefits to encourage long-term occupancy.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any of Sales & Marketing, Property Management, business administration, or a related field (desired)
  • Professional certifications (desired) such as: a) Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA); b)The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI)

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in a sales environment, preferably within B2C sectors such in BTR or hospitality sectors, with a minimum of 2 years of experience (essential)
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills with a record of successful sales for example leases and renewals, including the ability to address client concerns effectively. (desired)
  • Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act: Familiarity with the legal requirements associated with the Tenancies Act (desired)
  • Customer Service Excellence: Proven background in delivering exceptional customer service, with experience in resolving customer issues and enhancing customer satisfaction. (essential)
  • Multitasking and Priority Setting: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritising responsibilities to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals in a fast-paced environment (essential)
