• Ownership for delivery of client service excellence

• Ensure timely delivery of daily/weekly/monthly deliverables
• Main operational contact for client inquiries with internal partners
• Proactively monitor client deliverables
• Identify revenue opportunities and cost-saving efficiencies
• Lead client service reviews
• Administer client accounts
• Maintain Service Level Descriptions
• Manage restructures and transition projects
• Identify and manage client risk per risk protocols
• Collaborate to automate processes and reduce risk
• Escalate service issues promptly
• Ensure timely delivery of client invoices and collect fees
