Responsibilities

• Ownership and accountability for delivering client service excellence.
• Respond to client inquiries and manage operation of asset service products.
• Adhere to procedures and Service Level Descriptions.
• Ensure timely delivery of daily/weekly/monthly reports and deliverables.
• Act as main operational contact for client inquiries and coordinate internal partners.
• Proactively monitor client deliverables and identify improvements.
• Lead client service reviews and manage client accounts.
• Document and manage client-related risk and compliance with protocols.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce risk.
• Escalate issues promptly and ensure timely invoicing and fee collection.
