Job summary

Northern Trust Ireland is seeking a Client Service Manager (Senior Consultant) to lead day-to-day Transfer Agency delivery for a portfolio of clients. You will act as the primary operational contact, ensuring SLDs are met and client relationships are maintained with high-quality service.

Reporting to the Client Services Team Manager, you will manage incident logs, KPI reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration with Global Fund Services Ireland.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate holds a degree in a relevant discipline and experience in a client-focused role within financial services.
• Operational experience in a Transfer Agency or related fund services preferred.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily TA services and meet targets using control checklists.
• Serve as the face of Northern Trust to partners.
• Maintain service levels and timely delivery of information.
• Lead client due diligence visits and KPI reporting.
• Manage incident logging and resolution with RM and clients.
• Collaborate to implement regulatory changes and procedures.
• Ensure high-quality client experience and proactive improvements.
• Coordinate client interactions and take on projects for key clients.
