Job summary

Amazon Ireland Support Services Limited is seeking an Area Manager to lead a site-wide team, driving safety culture, quality, and productivity. You will oversee multiple projects across the network to boost efficiency and service excellence.

The role focuses on managing shifts, mentoring new managers, and delivering continuous improvements through data-driven decisions and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, operations, logistics or engineering.
• Experience in people management.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders including peers and leadership.
• Experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language.
