Job summary

Amazon Ireland seeks an Operations Manager to lead a team of Area Managers at our Dublin site, driving safety, quality and productivity while delivering the operational plan. You’ll mentor teams, set direction, and ensure execution aligns with targets.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Health & Safety and Security, analyze performance, and design initiatives to improve site performance and scalability for future demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.
• Experience in people and stakeholder management.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and intermediate proficiency in the local language.
• Experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
• Experience in key areas of production and supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Area Managers.
• Lead operational teams on a shift, deal with issues, and positively impact site performance.
• Analyse shift performance against relevant business objectives, and put in place actions to improve our operational excellence.
• Work closely with other support teams, including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security.
• Design and deliver initiatives across the sites to improve operational performance.
