Job summary

Access Talent Group seeks a qualified architect to lead design development and documentation for a North Cork studio. You will model and document across residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes, coordinating with structural, MEP and fire consultants to ensure BC(A)R compliance.

Qualifications

• Recognised architecture qualification and ideally RIAI registration (or eligibility).
• Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in an architectural practice, preferably in Ireland.
• Strong Revit and/or AutoCAD skills with experience producing construction-stage documentation.
• Good understanding of Irish Building Regulations, planning and delivery processes.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills; able to work across multiple stages and tasks.
• A portfolio that shows both design capability and technical delivery.

About the Studio

Based in North Cork, the studio specialises in full-service architecture and planning – delivering new-build, change-of-use, commercial and residential projects from early feasibility through to handover. The practice emphasises both design quality and technical delivery.

The Role

• Lead design development and documentation for a variety of project types including residential, commercial and mixed-use
