Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an Architect in Ireland to lead or support design and delivery of projects using BIM and Revit, ensuring high standards across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Architect in Irish construction
• Proven hands-on experience with Revit and BIM on live projects
• NFQ Level 8+ Architecture degree
• Familiarity with Irish building regulations and standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience presenting to clients and collaborating with project stakeholders
• Desirable: Navisworks, AutoCAD, ISO 19650 knowledge

About Your New Job

As an Architect, you will:

• Lead or support the design and delivery of projects using BIM and Revit, ensuring the highest standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across offices, sharing responsibility for design quality and technical delivery.
• Participate in digital innovation, contributing to project setup, model management, and client meetings.
• Mentor and support junior team members while continuing your own professional development.
• Help maintain and improve BIM processes and standards within the practice.

What Skills You Need As an Architect

• At least 5 years’ experience working as an Architect in the Irish construction sector.
• Proven hands-on experience with Revit and BIM on live projects.
• Degree in Architecture or related field (NFQ Level 8+).
• Familiarity with Irish building regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience presenting to clients and collaborating with multiple project stakeholders.
• Desirable: Experience with other digital design tools (Navisworks, AutoCAD), and ISO 19650 knowledge.
