Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group in Cork Airport is seeking a Returns Agent to deliver world-class customer service at the point of rental. You will work in our busy car parks, helping customers start and finish their Europcar experience with professionalism and care.

The role requires a full clean B driving licence, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The position offers part-time hours, flexible shifts, and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years.
• Excellent communication and face to face interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with staff to ensure customers receive and return vehicles in a timely manner.
• Ensure continued excellence in customer service and damage standards; and achievement of KPIs.
• Complete all administration according to operating procedures.
• Process workshop vehicles according to procedures.
• Coordinate with fleet and damages teams as needed.
