Europcar Mobility Group in Cork Airport is seeking a Returns Agent to deliver world-class customer service at the point of rental. You will work in our busy car parks, helping customers start and finish their Europcar experience with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work closely with staff to ensure customers receive and return vehicles in a timely manner.
• Ensure continued excellence in customer service and damage standards; and achievement of KPIs.
• Complete all administration according to operating procedures.
• Process workshop vehicles according to procedures.
• Coordinate with fleet and damages teams as needed.

As a Customer Returns Agent you will be working in a fast paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a world class customer facing service at every stage of the rental process.
