Europcar Mobility Group sucht am Cork Flughafen eine/n Returns Agent (Teilzeit) vor Ort. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Airport Manager zusammen und bieten erstklassigen Kundenservice während des gesamten Mietprozesses an.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört das Betreuen der Fahrzeugrückgabe, die Einhaltung von Service-Standards und die Unterstützung des Teams im täglichen Betrieb. Sie verfügen idealerweise über eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit.

Qualifications

• Führerschein Klasse B vorhanden und mindestens 2 Jahre Fahrpraxis.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und persönliche Fähigkeiten.
• Teamfähigkeit in einem schnellen Arbeitsumfeld.
• Flexible Arbeitszeiten inkl. Abends-/Wochenendschichten.

Responsibilities

• Kundenservice im Frontline-Bereich sicherstellen und Fahrzeuge beim An- und Abgabeprozess betreuen.
• Ausführung aller Verwaltungsaufgaben gemäß SOPs.
• Koordination mit Flotten- und Schadensabteilung bei Anfragen.
• Eigenverantwortliche Einhaltung von Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften.

As a Customer Returns Agent you will be working in a fast paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a world class customer facing service at every stage of the rental process. Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues.* Ad hoc duties in line with business needs.**Your Skills:*** Full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years essential.* Excellent communication and face to face interpersonal skills.* Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.* Flexibility in your working hours, including availability during the day, evenings and weekends - our locations can offer you a wide variety of shifts.* Car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential (training will be provided).* Passion for service and a level headed approach to dealing with the daily challenges of a busy customer environment.
