Job summary

Airport Staff is recruiting on behalf of a leading North Dublin logistics client for a Product Pricing Specialist (Air Freight) on a fixed term contract until January 2028. The role focuses on delivering competitive air freight pricing across customer accounts and our global network, with a strong pharma logistics emphasis.

Reporting to the commercial team, you will shape pricing strategies, handle RFQs/RFIs, support tenders, and build airline partner relationships while driving profitability

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Air Freight Operations and Procurement.
• Experience handling RFQs, RFIs, tenders, and airline procurement.
• Strong understanding of air freight market dynamics and pricing structures.
• Excellent analytical and data management skills to inform decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 days home; Fixed Term Contract to Jan 2028.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for all air freight pricing requests (spot quotes, tenders, RFQs, RFIs).
• Deliver accurate, competitive pricing within agreed timelines.
• Support growth of the air freight product offering with pharma focus.
• Design end-to-end air freight pricing solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Management on pricing strategies.
• Analyse pricing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with other logistics products when required.
