Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Good commercial awareness and understanding of cost and profitability.

Responsibilities

Use internal systems to manage documentation and operational processes.
Organise workflows to meet customer deadlines and service levels.
Communicate with customers to gather relevant information and ensure their needs are met.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
Maintain customer profiles and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Resolve customer issues and escalate where necessary.
Coordinate with subcontractors and partners to arrange transport of goods.
Raise invoices to customers and overseas offices in line with agreed rates.
Monitor profitability of shipments and maintain financial awareness.
Complete all administrative tasks in line with company policies and procedures.
