Job summary

Google Dublin, Ireland is seeking an AI Recruiter to guide candidates through our hiring process and connect them with the Google experience in Ireland. You will develop lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers, driving analytics to optimize the recruitment process.

As part of People Operations, you will source, assess, and negotiate offers while maintaining a data-driven approach and ensuring a high-touch experience for all applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in technical recruiting.
• Experience in talent acquisition methodologies and optimizing professional recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and high-touch candidate experience from engagement to offer.
• Source active and passive candidates through referrals, networks, internal databases and research.
• Negotiate complex offers to close candidates with executive management and other groups as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the process.
