Job summary

TikTok in Dublin is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition partner to recruit for AI Data Service and Operations across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to attract, hire and engage top talent while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

You’ll coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, analyze data and insights, support HR presentations, and contribute to team culture and strategic projects in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• In-house or agency full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels.
• Self-starter, result-oriented, resourceful, innovative and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand hiring needs and partner with leaders to develop talent strategies across geographies.
• Develop efficient hiring processes and deliver high-quality candidates while meeting goals.
• End-to-end management of the recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Collaborate with country and business-unit leaders to align local practices.
• Develop SOPs and best practices to improve recruitment output.
