Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Enablement to lead and improve day-to-day TA operations, optimize end-to-end recruiting, and enable recruiters with tools and governance. You’ll partner across People Services, Technology, and external vendors to raise standards and adoption.

You will help evolve capabilities like AI-enabled recruiting, ensure structured interviewing, and deliver actionable insights from TA data to drive hiring quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with Talent Acquisition operations, recruiting enablement, or TA technology in a complex organization.
• Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, tools, and service delivery (ATS/CRM, interview processes, pipeline management).
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Ability to work across teams and build effective partnerships with recruiters and HR enablement teams.

Responsibilities

• Run and continuously improve TA processes to ensure efficient, consistent, and high-quality hiring.
• Manage recruiting technology and knowledge resources; oversee ATS/CRM and SharePoint knowledge bases.
• Support evolving capabilities such as AI-enabled recruiting tools and structured interviewing practices.
• Deliver insights through TA reporting on performance, pipeline health, and technology usage.
• Coordinate onboarding, enablement programs, and vendor governance to strengthen TA delivery.
