Job summary

TikTok is hiring an EMEA Talent Acquisition Partner in Dublin to join the HR team. You will support AI Data Service and Operations hiring across the EMEA region, partnering with leaders to design talent strategies and drive end-to-end recruitment while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience.

In this role you will coordinate hiring across countries, develop SOPs, and contribute to strategic recruitment projects, with a focus on quality outcomes and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• In-house or agency full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels.
• A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin are required, for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders based in English and Mandarin-speaking markets (where English proficiency may be limited).

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates for open positions across different businesses.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer closing, onboarding.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop talent strategies across geographies.
• Deliver high-quality candidates and a superior candidate experience.
• Coordinate hiring processes and contribute to HR presentations and projects.
