Job summary

Protex AI in Ireland is seeking a high-impact Fullstack Recruiter for a 12-month contract. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations, partnering with C-suite and department leads to shape our talent strategy and improve hiring velocity through AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS, AI, or tech startup ecosystem.
• Experience integrating AI tools, modern ATS platforms, and automated workflow software into daily recruitment processes.
• Strong ability to challenge, guide, and advise hiring managers as a true peer.
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where processes need to be built or refined.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to define talent requirements and benchmark markets.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to build deep talent pipelines and speed up hiring without sacrificing quality.
• Lead strategic talent projects such as employer branding campaigns and interviewer training modules.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to continuously optimize the talent acquisition machine.
