Job summary

TikTok's AI Data Service Operations team in Dublin seeks a Safety Model Data Team Leader to drive cross‑functional data annotation and safety operations across international products. You will grow and lead the QA team, manage labeling projects with Quality Analysts, and align processes with global strategy.

You will own multiple projects end‑to‑end, mentor diverse teams, report performance, and deliver timely data to business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a short video product user industry.
• At least 1 year of Leadership experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
• Familiar with labeling workflows and upstream/downstream teams.
• Fast learner with ability to adapt to fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable reporting to management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Grow the QA team and oversee day-to-day management.
• Work independently and with stakeholders to deliver high performance across projects and develop a best practice model for high performance.
• Localize workflows, manage labeling projects with Quality Analysts and provide labeling results.
• Provide efficient data through performance management practices and deliver reports to business teams.
• Be solution-driven with regional and global strategy in mind and deliver these solutions proactively.
• Lead diverse teams with excellent communication and foster collaboration.
• Conduct interviews and other hiring duties to grow teams with qualified people.
