Harvey is building a frontier AI-enabled platform for legal and professional services. As a Sales Development Representative, you will own early-stage pipeline across EMEA by engaging law firms and professional services teams, introducing Harvey’s AI platform and its value.

You’ll combine highly personalized outbound prospecting with inbound qualification, articulate product value, and collaborate with account executives to scale globally.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in a fast-growing startup, preferably in sales development.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and one of German, French, Spanish or Italian.
• Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior buyers.
• Independent, driven, and approaches work with rigor and thoughtfulness.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Salesloft, and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Build revenue pipeline aligned with Harvey’s customer profile using outbound outreach.
• Prospect target accounts across EMEA via email, phone, LinkedIn, and more.
• Source and qualify new opportunities from outbound and inbound leads.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer workflows.
• Respond quickly to inbound interest and qualify leads.
• Partner with Account Executives to progress early-stage deals.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategies.
• Help develop Harvey’s sales playbook as the team scales.
• Consistently achieve and exceed pipeline and activity targets.
